Yearly Fees Required:

»  Boys & Girls Club Membership Fee .... $15 per year per student. Due at registration. May be paid at the Club or at the Dance School office.

»  Registration Fee (non-refundable) .... $25 per year for first student, $10 per year for each additional student, per family. Due at registration.
    Does not apply to term classes.

»  Costume Fees are due by the last class of December. If a student has more than one costume fee, payment arrangements can be made at the     time of registration. Does not apply to term classes.

»  Tuition - September 14, 2009 - June 11,2010. Monthly tuition is divided into 9 equal monthly payments with the first month due at registration,
    the final month due in May, and based on classes taken according to the following MONTHLY FEE SCHEDULE.

All tuition is paid in advance.


PAYMENT SCHEDULE: term classes (Fall, Winter, Spring & Summer) are paid in advance, according to the above TERM CLASS RATES schedule.
October through May, monthly tuition is due during the first week of the month. Any account not paid by the end of the second week becomes an OVERDUE account and will be charged a $10 late fee. Some pay date exceptions can be made if arrangements are made at the beginning of the dance year. Once an alternate payment date has been set and approved, it should be maintained without reminders. If paid more than 5 days after the established date, a $10 late fee will be applied. Families are expected to maintain tuition payments even when absent for travel. No refunds or credits for classes missed. Students are welcome to make up any missed classes in a level lower than their current level. If a student is absent for medical reasons, with a doctor's statement, a $10 per month holding fee will be charged for an extended period of time. The balance of the tuition will be waived until the student returns to class.
